Dear Restorations Unlimited – Florida Water and Mold Damage Specialists,The purpose of this letter is to express my gratitude and appreciation for an exceptional job well done. I recognize that not too many people will write such a letter or express their appreciation, but after what Restorations Unlimited did for us, I had to write this. My wife and I have an apartment in Century Village in Deerfield Beach Florida in the Berkshire “B” complex. We come down to the apartment on average one month per year. The last time we were in the apartment was in January 2013. The rot was festering, and mold damage was growing. The entire bathroom had to be ripped out and restored. I called Restorations Unlimited and had trained specialists come right over. They brought with them ten pieces of state-of-the-art mold and water restoration equipment for drying the rot. I was really impressed with how well the machinery completely contained and confined the mold. The crew was efficient, competent and left the apartment every day in an immaculately clean condition. If you ever have an emergency dealing with mold, water, sewage or fire restoration to your home, office or boat, there is no need to call anyone else.

I would like to recommend Restorations Unlimited for their exceptional service provided to us when we had a buildup of water damage in our home, thanks to a broken pipe. Once the leak was found and repaired, Restorations Unlimited came in to survey the damage, provide us with an estimate and proceeded to dry out the floor, as well as the walls and carpeting. I have had water damage before. Yet, I have never seen a crew that was that professional, courteous and prompt in the completion of the job. Josh was very knowledgeable. He explained every step of the process to us. He was patient too. I truly appreciate that. All the payments for the work were handled through our insurance company and our mortgage lender. Shantell was very helpful walking us through all of the paperwork. We would highly recommend this company to any one suffering water, sewage, fire or smoke damage. I would like to just say that Restorations Unlimited are superb!
